APPLE BUTTER
This is the cornerstone of who we are. Same jar, same product, same price. We don’t mess with perfection.
SIZZLIN’ APPLE BUTTER
This was an experiment that has a mild, sweet, ancho chile, adding a different zest than what you’d expect from something like apple butter. Although the feedback was very positive, Laura and I decided to see what we could do to make it a “cut above” versus a good product. So, we’ve discontinued its sale until we can upgrade it to the level of quality that has become our trademark.
ORIGINAL AND HICKORY APPLE BBQ
Our Apple BBQ products are now in 14 oz jars versus 12 oz short-neck bottles. We made this change for cosmetic reasons as well as reducing any residual waste by using a small spatula. Less waste—more savings. Also, our BBQs are now corn syrup-free so less sugar, but better flavor and a cleaner product for our consumers. We retail this at $6 per jar.
ORIGINAL AND HOT N’ HORSEY APPLE MUSTARD
Our Apple Mustards are now in 10 oz jars versus 12 oz short-neck bottles. We made this change for cosmetic reasons as well as reducing any residual waste by using a small spatula. Less waste—more savings. We have also ensured that our mustards are both preservative and gluten-free to ensure a cleaner product for our consumers. Although the amount of product has been reduced from 12oz to 10oz, we continue to retail this at $6 since it costs more to produce.
SEASONING BLENDS
Over the last year we’ve developed several seasoning blends to include an Apple Hickory-smoked sea salt, which is included in all of the blends to give them a unique tie-in just as the sauces have the apple butter base. See below for what we have goin’ on in the seasoning/blend arena!
APPLE HICKORY-SMOKED SEA SALT
In keeping with our unique signature, we have created a finishing salt that uses the foundation upon which apples are grown. The “Apple -Hickory Wood Smoked Sea Salt” is in all of our spice blends just as the Apple Butter is in each of our sauces. The aroma is an excellent indicator of its quality and unique characteristics. Capturing the scent of this smoked salt will automatically give you the sense of how to use it, but here are our ideas: GARLIC AND BUTTER AS A DRIZZLE, SEAFOOD, SALMON, BLACKENED FISH, STEAMED GREEN BEANS, CARROTS, CORN ON THE COB, ASPARAGUS, WILTED GREENS OR CABBAGE WITH ONIONS AND BACON,
BROTHS FOR SOUPS, STEWS, CHILIS, BEANS AND RICE,
EGGS, HAMBURGERS, FRESH CUT FRENCH FRIES;
(Sea salt is all natural and has more trace minerals than table salt)
TADPOLE’S TUSCAN BLEND
Frawg’s son, Wesley (Tadpole), came home from kindergarten with a Fathers Day gift and Kevan decided to turn it into the first in a line of spice blends and rubs. What is unique about our blends is that they all have the “Apple-Hickory Wood Smoked Sea Salt” as an ingredient. CAJUN BLEND
Your taste buds will explode with flavor as this is a combination of the Tuscan blend and the Apple-Hickory Wood Smoked Sea Salt with a little dash of sweet and spice. Even the authentic Cajun’s have given us props! Even though Cajun is unique unto itself, this blend is a perfect compliment to our Apple BBQ’s and Apple Mustards. Try it on;

FIESTA BLEND
This is a new product that is a week old. It’s better than good. This is a “Tex-Mex” style blend that we came upon by accident. We tweaked it, perfected it, and it’s a done deal. Try it on; CHICKEN, PORK, FISH, RICE, CHILI, QUESADILLAS, FAJITAS, GUACAMOLE, FRESH CORN, SALADS, BURRITOS, TACOS, SALSA. This is the best guacamole we’ve ever made.

Until further notice, please use the “CONTACT US” link to place an order. Let us know what you want and in what quantity. Please fill out all information entirely so we can get back to you right away. Once we do that, we will place the order, take payment over the phone, and ship it.
MIX AND MATCH
The current Mix and Match changed to any 5 products at $27 since we retail our products at $6 across the board.
SHIPPING
For the moment, we are using USPS as our shipping venue since it is competitive and we can strategically pack their Flat Rate boxes without breakage, and give the customer the best bang for their shipping dollars while saving us on buying boxes, which saves you. We charge for shipping—not handling. Once our site is up and running the way we want it to be, you should have more options at your disposal. For now we will use these options:
1-5 products (any size) will ship with a Small or Medium Flat-Rate box at $4.95 and $10.70 respectively. Let us determine which box to use based on the type of product ordered so we can meet your shipping needs effectively.
5-10 products (any size) will ship with a Large Flat-Rate box at $14.95
We’re working hard to get our site up to where it needs to be. We have a lot of good things ahead and products to still come out with.
